It is with sadness that I have to announce that that Upholstery Supply Man is to cease trading once all outstanding orders, returns/replacements and refunds have been processed. No more orders are being taken on our website, and I estimate that all products will be dispatched within the next week.
My apologies for delays that anybody is experiencing, but would like to reassure you that all orders will be honoured in full.
The past year has been a very rough road. Since my husband, Ian, passed away almost a year ago now, I have been left to run our business singly handedly. It was setup originally five years ago to provide full time work for both of us, so as you can imagine I have been working ridiculously long hours, much of it is hard physical work, and consequently it has taken it's toll on my health, both mentally and physically. Any time taken off, whether for a short break or due to illness (which is becoming more frequent) just sets me further behind, and I have been unable to conjure up enough hours in each day to reply to emails or respond to telephone calls.
For this reason, I have had to make the difficult decision to cease trading and the business will be wound up over the next few weeks. I believe it is now time to move forward and forge my own path.
